To deliver high-quality speech-to-text conversion, we leverage third-party AI models. Voice recordings are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently, ensuring your privacy is maintained at all times. Processing adheres to stringent industry standards for security and privacy.

4.2 Analytics and Crash Reporting

We partner with trusted third-party services, such as Firebase and Google Analytics, to gain insights into how users interact with the App and troubleshoot performance issues effectively. These services only collect anonymized data.

5.1 Local Storage

Most of your data, including todo entries and habit tracking details, is stored locally on your device. This ensures you retain primary control over your data while minimizing external exposure and ensuring privacy.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including content, design, and features, are owned by Sumletter. Unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

11.2 Limited License

We grant users a personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes. This license does not include resale or sublicensing rights.

12. Paid Features and Subscriptions

12.1 Payment Terms

Certain features may require payment. Pricing details will be displayed prior to purchase, and transactions will be processed securely.

12.2 Refunds

Refunds are granted under specific conditions. For assistance, contact ai@sumletter.com.

12.3 Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled through your app store. Features remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

13. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Connectivity: The App requires an active internet connection for full functionality. Data charges may apply based on your network provider.
  • Device Maintenance: Users are responsible for ensuring their device's compatibility and functionality.
  • Liability: The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

14. Governing Law

This document is governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
